1) Address Update
Please update the street name on our website. While it was previously written as Kwangwoon-ro, the official Romanisation has shifted to Gwangun-ro (often appearing as Gwangwoon-ro or Gwangun-ro on Google Maps). This reflects the standard Korean "ㄱ" being transcribed as "g" rather than the older "k."
2) Venue Confirmation
The room reservation is successful:
- Location: Kwangwoon University, Hwado Building, Room #206-1 (Graduate School Celebration and Conference Hall)
- Date & Time: June 18, 2026 | 09:00 – 18:00
- Logistics: I will pick up the keys on June 17 and return them on the morning of June 19. Please let me know by the end of February 2026 if any changes are required.
3) Directions to Hwado Building
The building is best accessed through the 80th Anniversary Memorial Hall:
- By Subway: Take Line 1 to Kwangwoon University Station.
- By Bus: Take lines 261, 1137, or 1014 to the Kwangwoon University stop.
Walking Route: Enter the 80th Anniversary Building and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Walk through the building toward the Hwado Building connection.
Note that the 2nd floor of the 80th Anniversary Building connects directly to the 1st floor of the Hwado Building. From there, proceed to the 2nd floor via stairs or elevator.
